Here is Section 45: The Golden Horn (my wife and I just went to Istanbul for the first time last year, and it was fascinating, so I really enjoyed this section).

Section 22

~1:30-1:40 there is a loud noise (sounds like a motorcycle) and again at about 4:00-4:10

I do not hear a loud sound at either place you have mentioned,
