Wwould someone care to enlighten me as to how to pronounce "poluphloisboiotic" .

It appears in Thackeray's account of a visit to the Giants Causeway in Ireland.

I have searched all dictionaries, both physical, in my collection, and on line and cannot find it !!
Not sure it really is a word - maybe made up by him but I am having trouble with it and my attempts certainly do not come out easily and spoil the flow of the narrative .

All suggestions gratefully received.

Jennifer

PS there is another version "poluphloisboiotatotic" which seems even more impossible !!!!!,

No idea… just do you best! I usually find that I have 4 or 5 attempts and difficult words (even more common ones don’t always trip off the tongue!) and then remove the worst during editing.

Niagara Falls by Dickens. Impossible to describe; must be experienced!
