Why not? Though I tend to think she may have needed well-wishers to some extent because the flower lady's prospects were likely limited by circumstance of time and place in which she "lived" and other factors outside of her control As far as I can tell you are boundless, Winnifred. And I'm sure that I am not your only well-wisher because you are generous with your precious time and considerable talent and in that sense you've earned those wishes whether you need them or not.
