I can't seem to upload my 1 minute test because I cant log in I have tried to contact admin can't seem to find a message box. also tried resetting password haven't received
a reset email can anyone help

You don't use your forum password. Use the generic login (shown on the 1-minute test instructions):
The two systems (workflow/uploader/magic window and the forum) are two different systems, with two different logins. Until you are set up as a soloist, DPL, or Book Coordinator, you won't have a personal login for the workflow.
