bit rate

I can't remember how to reset my bit rate. mine somehow changed to 109kbps instead of 128. Thank you for any help you can give me.

Assuming Audacity: it's on the Export as . . . screen where you make it an MP3.

109 sounds like you reverted to variable bit rate. Make sure that Constant is selected; then you can get the 128 in the selection list.
