Nicely done, Laura!

Just a couple of little notes:
  • At 0:23, you have a bit of an odd stumble over “A Cat fell in love with…” You might want to fix that.
  • At 3:07, there’s a word missing: I hear “A Fox, seeing some grapes hanging within an inch of his nose…” But the text reads: “A Fox, seeing some sour grapes hanging within an inch of his nose…” I think this particular fable loses some of its impact if you leave that word out (no good reason why he would be unwilling to eat regular grapes, but understandable that he’d want to avoid sour grapes).
Thanks,
Thank you so much!!! I took out the little hiccup there in the cat story, and I LOLed about the fox and the grapes, ha ha. Since the whole point of the original fable is that the grapes are NOT sour, I guess my brain just auto-corrected. And, like so much auto-correct, it was wrong! Thanks again! Ready for spot PL:

Thank you

And I agree autocorrect has issues, sometimes it's fine but other times it's bizarre and I don't know if it's just me but will sometimes autocorrect correctly spelled real words to completely other words! Why?

Because it's evil?

I'm now retired, but I had a long career as an editor. I turn auto-correct off on principle on all my devices. I trust my aging brain more. Any typos are intentional...

Now if I could just turn off auto-correct in my brain so that I do not make audio-typos when reading here for LibriVox :-)
