Welcome to Librivox, Stacey!

Your test meets all Librivox technical standards and you're ready to record! Just one note of caution; your volume is at 92.0 dB, which is the upper end of the allowable range of 86 - 92 dB. You might want to reduce your input settings just slightly so as not to go over the maximum in future recordings.

I suggest heading over to the "Readers Wanted: Short Works (Poetry & Prose)" forum to find your first recording. There are lots of shorter options there in all genres.

If you have questions along the way, the "Need Help? Got Advice?" forum is a useful place to get answers.

Happy reading!

Cheers,
Winnifred

Readers Wanted:
Where the Blue Begins by Christopher Morley (humorous novel about a "Synthetic Hound" named Haphazard Gissing I.)
Potemkin Village by Fletcher Pratt (science fiction novelet)
