Section 6:

44:50 should be "provided it is varied enough to meet the psychical needs as well as the physical." I heard "provided it is varied enough to meet the physical needs as well as the physical."
Optional edit:
At the beginning and the end of your recording there is a sustained ringing noise. Luckily, it does not interfere with hearing your voice. I was wondering if you could remove the ringing in those areas by spot noise reduction?

The ringing noise at the beginning and and the end removed. Actually the background noise in the whole recording is cleaned/reduced.
