Thanks again for spotting flaw in Chap 10. Hopefully that, and those in previous three chapters, now successfully corrected.

At last, spring-like weather has arrived.

Best wishes

yes, much warmer here today as well. I'll go for a walk now after this, to profit a bit from the afternoon sun still.

Excellent corrections and all 4 sections now PL ok.

Thanks

no hurry or worry on my account, I'll be patient. As long as you give a short sign of life every two months, I will keep this project up and running for you :)

And the next chapter is perfectly PL ok  So now we know about the mysterious wallet and the money...well, I already suspected it anyway  what will grandfather Nat do ?

Thanks, and have a good weekend

Chapter 12, mainly about a legal hearing, posted.

Had an interesting trip to Netherlands and Germany and in the latter to Brandenburg and Stralsund, towns which were new to me.

Let us see what happens in the European elections.

Best wishes

still very interesting. I am curious how they will connect the two bodies and find the murderer.

PL ok :) thanks

Ah that was quite a good trip already. Did it by car ? We used to drive a lot through the eastern parts of Germany back in the days, but nowadays, there's other places to discover.

No; did it all by train which did have a few problems, given that Deutsche Bahn is no longer very reliable.

Suddenly, hot and sultry weather in UK.

Chapter 13 posted.

yes for such incidents I prefer my own car, I can stay or leave at whatever point I like, and am not dependent on public transport.

absolutely here as well ! Over 30 degrees yesterday (that's Celsius). I'll stay inside during the day.
Chapter 13 posted.
Grandfather Nat nearly got caught this time and it's not good to have made such an enemy now.

And totally PL ok, though I did hear a bit of a background hum throughout, but not too much that is was disturbing much.

Learnt a new pronunciation too: I thought "housewifery" had the sound "wife" in full, instead of only "wiff". I only ever read in in books, now first time hearing it from a native speaker  I'm trying to remember that. According to wiktionary, you can even say /ˈhʌzɪfɹi/  even weirder.

Thanks

Housewifery in any event going out of fashion, for obvious reasons! Chapter 14 posted. Weather reverted to cold and wet. I'm not confident, but an English victory in Berlin tomorrow will raise spirits, which in my case are already quite high given the election results a week ago.

Best wishes

ah you are an avid football fan. My parents haven't missed one single game. I only watched part of one (Turkey against Georgia, if I remember correctly) because I happened to be in a restaurant where they showed it live

And chapter 14 is perfectly PL ok. The boy is starting to ask uncomfortable questions ;)

thanks, and have a good weekend.

In Scandinavia. Currently in Lillehammer, of 1994 Winter Olympics fame. The plan is to drive all the way up through Norway to the North Cape and then down again through Sweden.

and I'm safely back in port :)

wow, the father died now as well ? well there is hope that he left the ship before the final voyage. Drama galore ! Still hooking.

Flawlessly narrated again. I like Grandfather's gravelly voice 8-)

Chapter 16 is PL ok. But could you do a bit of noise cleaning on 15 still ? It would sound a little bit cleaner.

Thanks

Yes; will try further to reduce background noise on Chap 15.
17 posted - a long chapter, but full of incident.

Best wishes
