Starr presents a compendium of descriptions from several peoples (races) around the world as understood in the late XIX century. Please note that the "n-word" is present in some of the sections, and two of those sections (23 and 24) specifically mention it on multiple occasions.. (Summary by Mario Pineda)

Hi lorda, I've populated the MW, yet likely made a mistake in the Project Template:

although there are in fact 31 sections, the numbering should begin with 1 now 00, so that the section number matches the chapter number. Would you please make the correction, and then move us to Readers Wanted: Books?

I suggest we wait a little longer here, to get a DPL.
