Hi Kristin! Great reading!
When I ran the file through the checker, it showed that the volume is just below 86 dB. Please pop that up a few dB and reupload. Almost there!
(Let me know if you can't figure out how to up the volume. It's super simple but I'm having trouble locating a link to a screen shot to share. I'll keep looking!

I found one! Adjust the gain slider.
