Here are my three sections, chosen because I have studied and lived in both Korea and Japan, mostly Korea. I'm surprised that in discussing religion in Korea, the author did not mention Confucianism, which by far a stronger influence, though both Buddhism and animism are still part of the fabric of Korean culture. Still, these were interesting glimpses into the past cultures of these countries. Sadly, the Ainu are nearly gone, except for a handful on the island of Hokkaido.

Thank you Larry; sections marked for PL. As you noted, I am sure that there are many facts missing in these short "peoples" summaries. Thanks for sharing.silverquill wrote: ↑January 26th, 2024, 1:19 am Here are my three sections, chosen because I have studied and lived in both Korea and Japan, mostly Korea.
