I am so glad that you've recently joined Librivox and for your interest in Strange Peoples.

Being a new member, I have two questions to ask of you: has your one-minute test been Ok'd? What name would you like to use for your recordings? It can be vineandvoice or your actual name or a nickname.

Once I hear from you, I'll assign one of the three sections which you have requested - we'll take it one step at a time, to ensure that your entrance to Librivox recordings is as smooth as possible.

Way to go, Kristin! Section 2 (The Peoples of North America: Eskimo) has been assigned to you. This being your first-ever section, please note and follow the instructions on the main page of the project: viewtopic.php?t=101325, especially as it relates to the Intro and filename.

Once your recording is ready, please reply in this thread to mark it for PL (proof listening) for Mleigh to verify. After that, you may claim any other sections as you please.
