You sound clear. YOu just need to reduce your volume by about 2 or 3 dB. You're at 93 dB; LibriVox needs a range of 86 dB to 92 dB.
The easiest way would be to reduce your gain a little bit, say if the gain button is at 12 O'Clock make it 11 O'Clock and see what happens.
