Tis a bit of good and a bit of bad here, but nothing ugly.

The good - Chapter 25 was read nicely with a good pace and was easy to understand. No need to change anything in the way you are reading.

The bad - The offering has some technical problems:

The bit rate should be 128 kbps.

The recording should be in mono sound, not stereo sound.

The volume falls outside of the target range (86–92 dB). Your recording came in at 77 dB.

These can all be corrected with no need to re-record. Let us know if you need help.

hi! yes, I've got the rest of the chapters recorded and am just working through my specs—unfortunately Pro Tools is amazing for editing and hell for setting bit rate but I believe I'm figuring out my workarounds.

But, you still have the incorrect file name. Looks as if you're using a template from another project, like Short Nonfiction. You will find the template for each project, along with other instructions, in the first post in the thread. For this project is should be:

If everything is okay, we can take care of it on this end. But, please keep this in mind for future recordings and projects.

Checker https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php?title=Checker, written specifically for LibriVox. Just drag a file into the Checker window to check validation on all LV specs, including a readout of actual volume in decibels. Use the Amplification feature in Audacity to bring the volume closer to the LV target of 89 dB.
