I got it off the recording already, so nothing for you to do, but don't forget to put duration when you post the URL. It just saves your BC a step of opening it.

Well, I managed to PL it on the plane using my iPad and cellphone. I just haven’t run it through Checker. (Verla, could I ask you to do that, if you haven’t already?)

Nicely done, Shelly. Just one small correction needed. At about 8:30 (time may be a bit different than this as I’m listening in a different app), there’s a couple of words missing. I hear “‘Yes,’ and it isn’t half past twelve yet.” But the text reads “‘Yes,’ he groaned, and it isn’t half past twelve yet.” Please add those two words in. I can spot PL that change from where I am when it comes in.

Thank you! Just a note, when you post the URL in the thread, you also need to give us the duration. I got it off the recording this time (11:54), so no worries. It just saves us a step, so please include that in the future.

Remember to put the duration, even if it didn't change on a spot PL. That way we know it didn't change, rather than you just forgot to include it.

What a wonderful read! You would never know that it was your first section ever.

There was just one small thing:
2:00
Sentence omitted: “You are exactly like her.”
p. 87, right before, “It’s curious, then…”

Please add that and post the new URL with the new duration.

And actually, the new URL will be the same as the old, but post it anyway. Use the same file name - the system knows which one is the most recent and will use that one.

Hmm. I dip into it from time to time, but am not subscribed… yet

I think the real sign of addiction is that I don’t find anything extraordinary about PLing on a plane. Makes a boring time more interesting.
