Thank you, Larry. I was interested in whether nationality and time would make these completely incomprehensible to me.
I think I got a majority of what it was saying. Whether I found it funny or not is another matter entirely. Some extremely non-PC views expressed there :0).

Well, this publication does reflect a historical American subculture of military life with viewpoints and opinions that are outdated at best, offensive at worst. The humor is certainly tenuous sometimes. Thanks for venturing forth into this foreign territory.
