SO MUCH FUN. I love the way we cannot say now who is really the criminal: the ex-policeman or the ex-burglar! And my favorite chapter was about the theatricals: all that Devil-Eden-Eve stuff was hilarious ... and I felt seen: I write readers theater scripts for children and am always on the lookout for innocent victims who might want to perform them ha ha ha. At least readers theater is less over-the-top than these staged theatricals!
Just a few teeny-tiny things:
Chapter 8
1:38 to put the matter baldly (not badly)
Chapter 9
3:55 had fired at the butler ("at" was missing)
Chapter 10
2:51 being inexperienced (not experienced)
8:45 oh, bother (not brother)
9:12 Bother, said Molly again (not brother)
I planned on catching up on some things instead of recording today, but it's too much fun! I did get quite a bit done though, that's why there's only one chapter today.
Oh my gosh, what a perfect treat to finish up my week: this book was ADORABLE. I loved how fast-paced each chapter was, and how it was all quite dramatic but with all those funny asides from Wodehouse, especially about the theatricals. My one regret was that we did not get to see Lady Blunt in action again ha ha ha. All the edits were good, with just a few tiny things in these last files:
Chapter 12
8:01 it was impossible (I heard: possible)
Chapter 13
1:45 his lathered face (I heard: leathered)
4:06 caned for stealing jam (I heard: canned... which was wild! canned Jimmy jam ha ha)
Chapter 14
4:35 Talking on (I heard: taking)
Chapter 15
3:35 with a pertinacity (a syllable fell out: pernacity)
13:03 we had a bit of a row (this is a fight, row-rhymes-with-cow, not row-rhymes-with-slow)
Chapter 16: all good!
Chapter 17: all good!
Chapter 18:
6:25 a vehement flood (I heard: vemenent)
Chapter 19:
7:32 the primitive man in him might lead ("in him" was missing)
Chapter 20:
2:36 You're going out (you added a "not" in there)
I'll go mark the MW now. THANK YOU for this lovely read. I have enjoyed all the books, but these two by Wodehouse really made me smile.

All the little fixes are good, so ........ another book is done and ready to go!
So glad for all the people who are going to get to listen to this lovely little book!
