> at 24:43: there is an audible click between "delighted" and "grin" - I guess this part needs to be re-recorded, since it's difficult to erase a click from inside spoken text

> at 26:24: paper rustling at "generosity" - same here

> at the end: we need a standard 5 seconds of silence, you only have 1 second, please add 4 more
