For the time being, I'll need a little more time than usual to PL sections that come in on weekdays. Thanks for your patience.

Thank you! Yes, I'll DPL as well. Whoops, I forgot to change the chapter info: there are actually 19 chapters and no intro or preface! Sorry about that!

thanks for clarifying, the MW should now be accurate for sections. I let you fill it in, then we move to Readers Wanted.

You had selected the wrong author Lawrence, but I changed that as well, also in your first post.

If you're sure no chapters need to be split (max. 74 min) then we can keep the wording "chapter" in the disclaimer.

I also put "erotica" in the title keywords...so potential readers are warned and people who don't want to say certain explicit terms can stay clear of this project.

Thanks for catching that! Somehow when I was filling out the template the wrong Lawrence was auto-populated in some fields. I tried to change it wherever I found it, but missed some.

I won't be able to fill in the MW until after work today, but I'll check the chapter lengths then and change "chapter" to "section" if needed.

I think the book is a bit different from the film and TV versions which tend to focus on the love affair. The book has more about the way people's lives were disrupted and traumatised by the First World War. Lawrence thought that the whole country was in denial about how terrible the war had been, claiming it was "worth the sacrifice for King and Empire".

yes books usually are more developed, while movie focus too much on sex or violence. Only compare The Hobbit, where the final 3-hour-movie part is basically only one battle in the book.

all right, off to readers wanted...

and I see we go with "section" after all, since the chapters are too long.
