I think Section 70 - Trial of Alfred S. Pell for assault and battery, New York City, 1816 of American State Trials can be removed from the Orphans list.

Some admins check in on those threads pretty regularly, but this all happened in one day. I see the BC of that project had already edited the post in the orphans thread, so folks could see it was completed.
