A brilliant performance Jenn!

I am sorry to nit pick it but there is a line that I think should be fixed at around 9:23 of your recording.

The line: "I could never forgive myself if I brought you to some fearful trouble." read as "I could never forget myself if I brought you to some fearful trouble."
Thank you, Brian! You are absolutely right and not a bit nit picky! No idea how that slipped by me in editing. Here is the correction:
https://librivox.org/uploads/toddhw/goldkiller_annerice_1.mp3
9:44

And Anne's part 2:

4:32
Both PL OK. You are brilliant!

Howdy from Texas!

I have gotten fan mail suggesting I do

9 Dos Andros - Part 2 Major role (English with Latin American accent:
Roughly 30 words under 2 "Dos Andros" headings Open
10 Dos Andros - Part 4 Roughly 1,500 words under 13 "Dos Andros" headings Open
11 Dos Andros - Part 5 Roughly 600 words under 29 "Dos Andros" headings Open
12 Dos Andros - Part 8 Roughly 770 words under 11 "Dos Andros" headings Open

So, por favor, con permiso, may I take a crack at it?
Bill

How did it get so late so soon?
It’s night before it’s afternoon.
December is here before it’s June.
My goodness how the time has flewn.
How did it get so late so soon?

Well, hey, howdy, Bill! Seeing as how I might just be the fan that sent the mail, I could not possibly say no, now could I? Thanks for taking on Dos Andros. He's kind of a favorite of mine in this cast of characters. I'm sure you'll do him proud. Thanks. I have a question. Does Plano count as Texas?

Well Plano is up by Dallas. Soooo, no. If it was by Fort Worth, maybe. BTW, I will be in Richardson in April for a ukulele concert. As spectator, not performer.

The post office sometimes gets Llano and Plano mixed up, so our mail might go astray.

Enjoy the pickin'. I can just about see Richardson from where I sit. Close enough, I suppose.

Shoot 'em! Nah, don't shoot him ... he's our hero. And so are you, then. I wonder why the bad guy parts always go first? Thanks, Chuck. I'll sign you up now. Brian

Assassination attempts have never been my forte, so I guess I'll just read the darn lines instead. Drat.
