The recording sounds fine, but the volume is low at 84.9. Please amplify to at least 89 and you should be all set.

Here is the amplified file. The checker app showed it at 89.1, but if that's not correct please let me know so I can make some other adjustments.

The file does come in at 89.1 so I marked it PL Okay--hopefully it will work this time around.

86-92 dB on checker is fine
