Ok I think I fixed all these things. I reduced by a little more than 6db but couldn't figure out how to display the DB target. Let me know how this one is. Also I renamed the file with a -r after it for revised. https://librivox.org/uploads/icequeen/grizzly_11_mills_128kb-r.mp3

The volume is too high. It is currently at 94.5 dB, our target is 89 dB. If you could de-amplify by 6 dB, that will get you close to that target.

There is a repeat at 9:52-:56 that needs to be clipped out.

The end silence is too long. It is currently at 11 seconds, we need it to be about 5 seconds. If you clip off 6 seconds, that should be good!

Your volume is now 87.8 dB, which is in the range! Everything else has also been fixed, so section 11 is now PL OK! Thank you!

The best way to check your volume is with a program that was created for LV called Checker. Super easy to use! This is how I can give you the volume level because Audacity doesn't give that to us. I run all my recordings through Checker before I upload, that way I can make sure that all my technical stuff is where we need it to be.
