1-Minute test for Seahorse [OK]
Welcome Ms. Horse
Your test audio would pass, except it is a WAV file. LibriVox requires audio that is 128kbps constant bit rate MP3.
Please make a new test recording and post it in a reply to this message. I will come back and review it for you.

Almost. The volume is just a bit above range at 92.1db.
You can pre-check your audio yourself by downloading the free Checker app: https://cgjennings.ca/projects/checker/
Passed with Warnings is a fail with regard to volume.
In Audition, this equates to about -25 to -18db RMS. Your test is -20.67db RMS. Normalizing your audio to -23db RMS would be perfect. I do this with all my audio.
So one more test, please, and then you're off and narrating.
