Should section 7 be declared as "orphaned," I'd like to claim it. I expect to have section 60 uploaded tomorrow.

So close to being PL OK.

There is just one change needed:

39:07 I hear "company" instead of "railway" in "Or, should a mid-European railway be completed from Hamburg to Constantinople,"

Most interesting and educational chapter.

Well read too.

Thanks,

M

Thanks. Also: Rats! I missed that in my own PL. Anyway, here's the corrected version:

Time is still 41:50

Yes, an educational look at when the sun never set on the British Empire. We learn from history, however, that empires always collapse at some point. And also that we do not learn from history.

Great job with the change of word. It blended in perfectly. This is now PL OK.

One of my favorite parts of this chapter, outside of the canal building history which was truly fascinating, was the Englishman talking about the French wanting to rule everything. Of course, the British had no interest in building an empire where the sun never set.

Although I shouldn't complain for I wouldn't be here if it weren't for the British and the American Revolution.
