I do have one question about how to do the intros for each chapter since it is technically two stories in one book. Can I separate them by saying "Money, Love and Kate" and then "The Story of a Nickel" for the chapter labels? Or do I need to state the full title each time and say "Money, Love and Kate Together with The Story of a Nickel"?
