Tricia, could you please set up a profile page for Sparkles?
Thanks!

Thanks, Sparkles!

I see this is your first Librivox project. We need to set you up a profile page.

"If this is your first recording, please let me know under which name or pseudonym you'd like to appear in the LibriVox catalogue. We can also link to a personal website/blog."

When recording, start the first chapter with "Aunt Janet read by... ." Please read only your lines and leave about 3 seconds in between each of your lines. Please record each chapter in a separate file.

Thanks, TJ
In the catalogue, please just use Sparkles.
Thank you. I'll do my best.

Thanks,
Sparkles

TJ - I always noise clean my recordings and I couldn't hear any buzzing in these when I uploaded them. I had a listen back through speaker (rather than headphones) and could hear it quite clearly - not sure what the difference is but maybe that's what I should do in future. Hopefully these are ok now.

Thanks, Julian!

Sounds like you have some super background-noise-filtering headphones! Maybe they're just too good...

I'll take a listen.

This would be my first book so would like to keep my part small but would be willing to read Mrs. Ray as well.
Thanks for joining us, Midgeymoo17. Did you complete your 1-minute test?

I've reserved Mrs. Patterson for you. I think we'll keep one role per person at first to include as many people as want to be involved. If we don't fill the parts, then we can reconsider. If you'd like a larger part, though, but not too overwhelming, Aunt Janet only says a line or two in each of her chapters.
Hi Thanks for you response.
I am struggling to set up my recording software- so would be grateful if the role could be assigned to someone else as I do not have the time currently to play with it.

No problem. We hope to see you in a later production (or in this one if there are still parts open when you get your equipment set up). Thanks for letting me know.
