awww Sir Richard really has a tragic role in here. You're perfectly conveying his doleful character. And maybe it's better Camilla tells him before the wedding. Maybe he would have been better off with a woman his age. Pinero seems to have a topic going in his plays of old men wanting to marry young girls.

Acts 1 and 4 PL ok. Though Sir Richard changed his voice credit name into Sir Robert in Act 3 :mrgreen: but you'll have a correct one in Act 1 to use.

Some missed lines in Act 3:

> at about 3:59: (p. 157-158) missed 3 lines:
- Why, what have we done, pray ?
- Yes.
- Amen !

thanks, and have a good New Year's celebration in a few hours

Act 3 ready for Spot PL. Don't know how I missed those lines twice - both when I recorded, and then again when I PL'd myself before uploading! Why, I'll forget my own name next - oh yes, I did that too! Oh dear....

Thanks and Happy New Year, Todd

:lol: a bit of a fastidious guy and not too nice to Mrs Hodnutt, I agree. But a funny role and you did him perfectly.

Just one bit missing:

> at about 6:29: (p. 178) missed line: "Yes, sir."

thanks, and happy New Year :)

Thanks.

At this point there are only 6 more Pineros to record for which I have scripts, although there are a number more Pineros missing scripts at Archive or Gutenberg.

The ones I do NOT have scripts for include (I will check again after the remaining 6 I have are done):
1877 Two Hundred a Year
1877 Two Can Play at That Game
1879 Daisy's Escape
1880 Bygones
1881 Imprudence
==== Bound to Marry
1882 Girls and Boys
1883 The Rector
1883 Lords and Commons
1884 Low Water
1884 The Ironmaster
1885 Mayfair
1918 Monica's Blue Boy
1919 Quick Work
1928 A Private Room
1931 Dr Harmer's Holidays
==== Child Man
1932 A Cold June
==== Late of Monckford's

Maybe these are not as good as what we have. Most of the missing are either very early in his career when he was developing his talent, or very late when audiences wanted something different methinks.

We should be able to get a copy of A Private Room added to the Internet Archive. There is a 1928 French's Acting Edition that entered the public domain yesterday, and I'm seeing holdings in several libraries around the world. I would think that one of them would be willing to digitize their copy for us.
