That would be fine, except there are a couple of things you need to do first.

Please refer to our Nebie Guid to recording: https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Newbie_Guide_to_Recording
Note point two on the preliminary recording which you need to complete and have approved.

Then repost your claim here, if these are still open, and let me know how you would like to be credited in the LV catalog.

Let me know if you have any questions or need help.

The editor sure likes to talk about how you should treat your servants! :D
Nice reading, nice voice and read at a good pace (I'd only read more quickly if you want to, I was fine with the pace).

But I agree with Larry re. some of your pauses - some too long, end ones too short at times. I do recommend you pay attention to how many times you leave a pause of over 2 secs during a recording. (I know I do this, but I trim mine down in editing).

First - it's essential to get the silences at the beginning and end of every recording correct: no more than 1 sec (and preferably only .5) at the beginning, and a full 5 secs (as close as you can) at the end. Yours are varying and not reliably on spec.
80 needs a full 5 secs silence at the end.
I let 91 go by, though end is coming in just under 4.7.
On 92, you have a few very long silences during the recording. What's 'very long'? Anything over about 2 secs or so. If you leave too long a one, people start wondering if the file is at an end, if something is wrong with the recording, etc etc. I know it doesn't because I'm looking at the waveform, but listeners rarely do. Could you reduce them please?
On 92, these ones: ~ .23, those between the intro Librivox stuff (they really do not need to be so long, especially on a very short recording), ~ 1.2 (over 2 secs), ~ 1.35 (almost 3 secs), ~ 3.03
94 - reduce silence ~ 0.16 Increase end silence to a full 5 secs
96 PL OK!
OK, adjusted the whitespace as requested. Reuploaded with same filenames.

As I am at loose ends at the moment, I would be happy to claim the last two open sections, 99 and 103, but only if Arecem doesn't get back to you in a timely manner. This is the type of project that can be ideal for a newbie reader to "get their feet wet" as it were, so let them have their try first.

WE HAVE ORPHANS

There are four more sections open, after waiting for the two-month deadline.

I'd like to have short turn around time for these last sections.
We are getting close to finishing this project. :)
You're most welcome Larry. Nearly done, now and getting close(r) to publishing

103 The Man and the Weasel Open

I'd love to give this one a try if still available! I have this book in my library at home!
I'm new but just got the OK to record a day ago.

Sure. I'll save this section for you, but to assign it, I need to add you to the LV catalog, so let me know how you would like to be credited. Many of use our real names, but you may choose any pseudonym or nickname that you wish.

I'll do it. Please credit me as my given name: Dena Darvish Derakhshan. I go by that professionally but anyone that actually knows me calls me Danny.

I'll record it as soon as you'll give me the Okay.

Perfect! PL OK on first pass - very well done and nicely read. The only thing you forgot (presumably) to do was to post the recording length. We ask readers to do this with every file they upload. I've filled it in for you this time.
