Hi Christine - here is section 7 - just 13.02. I decided not to burden myself unnecessarily by pre-determining a 20-25min length of each section - as I did in Vol 1. And this section came in a bit shorter than usual because the next long sequence was back to Naphta and I wanted to giver myself a narrator's breathe! But hopefully I will not make too many uneven length sections thru Vol II...

Hi Steve, Section 7 is PL ok. I am very grateful for this little interlude before reentering the engagement with the philosophies of Settembrini and Naphta! I am very happy you broke this out. It gives perspective to what has come before and great anticipation of what is to come!
Excellent!

Here is Section 8, Naphta back in full force.... (17.30) (as a result I had a coughing fit during the recording!)

Hi Christine,
Here is section nine, at 27.36
It might be entitled, descriptively, 'Naphta's Last Harangue' Thankfully he goes off-stage for a few sections, now, or I think I would lose my voice!
Best Steve

Section 9 is PL ok. The awesomeness of this is that you don't sound like you are straining your voice at all! Excellent listening.
