Ah, I had forgotten that exchange with Jo about "summary." I see it now. However, the word "conclusion" is also omitted at :24.
To look at lead and end times, I import the file back into audacity and expand the graph until I can see the exact time. Your lead time is 1.1 seconds. Your end is 4.8. That's why I said be careful, not change it.

Sorry about that, Betty. I've only been PLing a couple months, and I thought we were supposed to be a lot pickier than we actually are about those times. Jo gave me some extra information that I was really glad to hear, because pulling everything into Audacity is a pain in the butt.

A quick question for this project: Upon reviewing the text for my claimed section 40, there are a few instances of German translations of phrases, which seems to be referential to the original work this is translated from, but not vital for understanding the text in English. As someone who doesn't speak German, would it be acceptable to omit these in my reading?

Unless they are footnotes, you need to do your best to read the German phrases if they are part of the text. Do the best you can with the German. You can generally hear the pronunciation with Google translate, or post in the pronunciation thread in the Help Needed Forum.
