May I record Chapter 18 - The Bowden Reunion

Do you know the proper pronounciation of Bowden?

I know that Bowdoin is a long o - like bow and arrow

But Bowden *could* be like the front of a boat.

I know that here in Maine I should know, but I don't know any around where I live. If you don't know I'm sure I can find out.

i'm not sure if this counts for much, and i do realize that it was not exactly the question which you were posing, but...
I prefer bowden as in the front part of a ship. I mean we're talking about a shipgoing envirnment. Ask yourself whether you prefer squares or paisley; Mondriaan or Turner; filtered water or cheap Bordeaux and I think that you'll find at least one way to answer the question of whether or not it is something that shoots arrows or the front of a seafaring vessel. that's just my two cents. But then agian...I live in fance what do i know of such things.

I also would say it as the front of a boat (or to bend at the waist) ... but if you are more comfortable pronoucing it with a long "o"... that's fine too... whatever works for you =)

Looks like all chapters are now assigned.... I'll move this over to Readers Found soon. =)

No problem Annie... thanks for letting us know =)

Anyone else here want to claim them? Otherwise, I'll post them in the orphaned chapters thread =)

I am sending you #12 again just now. I'm having no technical luck today. This is the second site that won't respond to my queries....sheesh! If it doesn't work this time, I will wait till tomorrow when my frustration levels aren't peaking off the scale :x

Must find some way to vent frustration....looks at husband evilly....
