A number of tecjnical difficulties* have slogged today's noon release of the New Release Podcast. It should appear later this evening... There's something about a simultaneous 16 tracks of over 300 sound pieces that my 8 year old computer just doesn't like. Looks like I'll have to bite the bullet for the new iMac I'm eying. (Lyrical ain't I?)

    * Yes, the obsessive deathly hallows were (is) a diversion as well  .

I'd be happy to choose the representative audio sample, but it gives me the willies to do the rest of it :)
    Kayray ....

If you haven't gotten it done yet I'd love to do it for you .... and any promos you want done in the future just post on my editing thread I love doing them it keeps me up on all that is going on at LibriVox !!
Thanks RS! The Forster audiobook preview was done already, and appeared in the most recent New Releases podcast! Take a listen! Excellent contributions!

I'd like to invite everyone to listen to the previous two New Releases Podcasts to see what other people are doing —that is, what they're doing and how their doing them and how they make their individual 2-3 minute Previews of the completed audiobook. Fine results we're getting here peoples! Y'all are makin' me real happy now.

I'd like the just-completed sonnets to be included, if possible. I will do a promo in the next few days. Is this OK?

Great, CH. Looking forward to getting it! Possibly a full, well known sonnet as a sound sample might be good, with a solid intro, summary, with background. <Gee... and all in in 180 seconds or so! >

    Thanks.

(By Wednesday would be just fine!)
