Cat and I have agreed to co-PL (she'll PL Tom's lines and the final chapters, and I'll PL everything else), and I am marking Jim PL OK!
Between being a full-time college student and working 20+ hours per week, I'm not able to be involved at LV these days, but I remain a loyal fan and look forward to a triumphant return sometime in the (probably distant) future.

May I read Second Young Lady (Appears in chap. 21)?
This is my first dramatic reading, so bear with me. If I am right, this is what she says:
"A MISSOURI MAIDEN'S FAREWELL TO ALABAMA"
"Alabama, goodbye! I love thee well!
But yet for a while do I leave thee now!
Sad, yes, sad thoughts of thee my heart doth swell,
And burning recollections throng my brow!
For I have wandered through thy flowery woods;
Have roamed and read near Tallapoosa's stream;
Have listened to Tallassee's warring floods,
And wooed on Coosa's side Aurora's beam.

"Yet shame I not to bear an o'erfull heart,
Nor blush to turn behind my tearful eyes;
'Tis from no stranger land I now must part,
'Tis to no strangers left I yield these sighs.
Welcome and home were mine within this State,
Whose vales I leave—whose spires fade fast from me
And cold must be mine eyes, and heart, and tete,
When, dear Alabama! they turn cold on thee!"
Am I correct? Thanks for your patience! :D

Thank you Elizabeth, Arielle, Amanda, and Libby! I apologize if I do not PL quickly (that apology is for you too, Bob.) I am currently down with the flu, and it's temporarily compromised my hearing, but I look forward to PLing as soon as I've recovered. :)

I'll take the part of Mary Austin if that's still open. :) Or anything else you would like.

Hi! Is part #12, Judge Thatcher, still available? If so, I'd love to take a shot at it. Thanks!
