I have done the initial assembly of my chapter. Does the cast list just get inserted after the LibriVox introduction and before the story begin?

Yes, that is a good place for it. Repeat the name of the story after it to make the transition clear perhaps.

And now I understand exactly why Lynette told me I really should try a chapter out here before deciding whether I want to do an entire book. Big job. No wonder the books take so long to produce. I do still want to run the entire novel, with an understanding now of what the commitment entails. Thank you very much for this collection's opportunity.
