Thank you so much for all that. You did a great job.
I misunderstood you and thought you were asking to read the sections you PLed.
For readers: If there are any minor word changes that don't change the meaning, you can leave them if you like.

84 Gideon narrator
Tech
- This is too loud. Checker program shows 98 dB, should be about 89 (max 92). You can reduce the volume in audacity.
- there are quite a few plosives, maybe volume reduction will make them less noticable
- you need to leave only about a 5 second silence at the end
Script
Good accurate clear speech! Just some little things:
- at the beginning "section 10" - I hear 2
- 1.33 - "Midianites" - I hear Midians.
- 8.13 - I'm not sure about this so please check with Bria. After "sent messengers throughout all Mt Ephraim saying ..." - you've left a silence here but the text indicates that the narrator speaks the words that follow. Could be a mistake in the text?
-10.18 - 10.31 - you need to cut this section as you then immediately repeated it and the second version is best
Lovely job. Maybe adjust your mic for next time.

This would be PL OK except at:
- 0.44 - needs a few seconds silence between speeches
- end - needs 5 seconds silence

Sound is good.
Checker shows volume a bit low, just under threshold at 85.7 dB, preferred is 89, so amplify about 3dB.
Script
0.37 - missing words: "Fulfill her week"
1.59 - "thou wouldest needs be gone" - I hear thou would sneeze
There are a few distracting stumbles in the whole sentence.
end - always leave 5 seconds silence at end of recording.

Perfect! Just needs 5 seconds silence at end of recording.
42 - Judah 5
0.22 - "brother" - you say brothers
2.25 - "my wife bare a child" - you say bar
end - always leave 5 seconds silence at end of recording

Thanks for this PLing, Storyteller. I've marked a few okay as the silence at the end isn't important in dramatic parts. It will all be sliced up any way.
Here is a finished chapter: (The first one!)
https://librivox.org/uploads/annise/dramatized_bible_20.mp3
Running time is 14:40
I know there is one repeat in it at 12:45. We recorded the line twice and I'm not sure which sounds best. It's Daiel calling up from the bottom of the lions' den.

Also I can fix the volume a bit when I edit it. So I marked 179 okay.

Hi there,
Hope you all had a pleasant day.
I would like to the parts of Joseph Parts 1 and 2:
Column 27: 04: Joseph Part 1
Column 38: 05: Joseph Part 2
This is my first recording. You can name me Michael6230 for the Librivox catalogue. My personal blog is: http://michaelsmonde.wordpress.com
Just a quick question on recording. You state that you would like the reader to upload the recording as one file.
As Joseph is speaking with other people, should I pause between passages? how long should they be?
Thanks in advance.
