MaryAnn: A question about "Chapters"
"The Patiented Veil" has divisions marked with italic numbers (i; ii; iii; etc.)--81 of them. Most are very short; some are just a paragraph or so. I am assuming they are considered Chapters, and each a separate file--each with the statement about "This is a Librivox recording-----". Am I correct? This would seem a little disrupting for the reader.

You can group them. So section 1 in your MW might be "Parts 1 to 3", and then section 2 might be "Part 4". You decide what to put together depending on how long each bit is, and how long you want the finished recording to be.

Thanks, that will help--but one more question: when I group them, do I still say "This is a Librivox....." for each "chapter" (i, ii--), or just for each group. BobR

One intro per section, and each section will include multiple parts. As you move from part to part, I would simply say the number (not "part"), pause, and then start reading the text.
