have we decided how to pronounce Tecumseh? I see there has been great debate on the subject. I live near and visit Oklahoma often and I know there it is pronounced Ta-com-see....my husband is native and we have PowWow's there...just let me know how you want me to say it...
I think we decided not to worry about it too much.
So far, I think 3 people are saying Tah-come-see and 2 Tah-come-suh... I think there are regional variations. Please read it however feels most natural for you.

Thanks for reviving this Sarah.

Thanks goodness for enthusiastic newbies to help revive things too. (And we have many here already!)
It will be interesting to listen through the whole series and notice the readers changing as life changes and some drop out and others take their place.
<sigh> I love this place </sigh>

at 8:23, there's a rough join that could benefit from a bit of silence... Up to you whether you fix it or not. I wouldn't have mentioned it if you didn't have a missed edit to fix anyway.

A wonderful, and heartbreaking chapter. I actually cried reading the final excerpt from Brock's notes, speaking glowingly of the natives' love of their king. Tecumseh's Shawnee and countless other Indians offered up their service (and lives) in exchange for what they thought was Britain's fatherly 'protection' of their people. If only he knew ...
