woah, yes I knew about this incident because of the world famous painting by Géricault: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Raft_of_the_Medusa
but I never knew the extreme gruesome details of abandonment and cowardly behaviour of the crew and even the captain. Horrible.

But perfectly narrated, and totally PL ok. 6 more sections to go....let's stay brave and the next book will be a cozy.
