on 87 the vanished country underneath the title but before the poem it says

(re-entered at the request of the gentleman from Texas)

do I read this? with the title? :help:

Yes. Read this just before the first line of the poem itself.

There are good reasons to observe this piece of LibriVox procedure, to avoid confusion, conflicts and other messy stuff. I think you may be okay with it this time. I'll download and listen to this when I can in my travels -- maybe later this evening.
