SECTION 03 - Loss of H. B. M ship Phœnix, off Cuba

Although I did note that the file is named incorrectly as 3, not 03. I see this is noted in the notes section of the MW and am not sure if that is because Lynn is going to change that herself. Lynn, please advise. Thanks.

Yes, I can change it at cataloguing. And this error will not affect any other files (for example, by overwriting another). However, in cases like this, if there are edits, we ask the reader to correct the file name when he reuploads. As it is PL OK, nothing else needs to be done for now.

I volunteer to do section 5 to help the project toward completion. But it is a fairly gruesome read--so I cannot honestly say I would "like" to do it.
