Yes, this one easier to read than Mill, and yes, this one gets the "End of A Popular History...etc" since it is the last section of the book, along with the normal outro of each section.

I have a question about footnotes. In another forum I was reading for, I was told not to read the footnotes that were simply sources that were cited, but to read the footnotes that gave the reader other kinds of information. What is the footnote policy for this book?

I am not requiring the readers to read the footnotes, just because most of the footnotes are references to other texts. But, if you find a footnote that has information that you feel adds to your section, I have not problem with you reading it in. Thank you for asking!

It is fine if the recording goes one minute over an hour, you can upload your recording as is. It's when the recording goes over 70 minutes there could be a problem.
