On 25 November 1725, they met with King Louis XV. Chicagou had a letter read pledging allegiance to the crown. I've recently fallen in love with a song by the name of "The Most Unwanted Song." The songwriters set out to include all of the things in it that people hate most. You've got bagpipe, tuba, banjo, kids screaming about Christmas (and other various holidays), and a soprano rapping about being a cowboy. I actually really love to put it on in the background when I'm working of something that takes some focus. Is that weird?

Oh, also, it's over 20 minutes long.

Ha! I heard this years ago on community radio up here and it's amazing. My favorite part is the kids singing about Labor Day.

Heron, a folk-rock group from England. I just discovered them!

"[Heron] quickly realised that they disliked recording in a studio environment. In 1970, they stayed at Pook's family farmhouse at Appleford-on-Thames in Berkshire, and recorded an album with a mobile studio in a field behind the house, picking up ambient noises such as bird song."

The bird song is such a lovely touch!
