PL Notes Chapter 15

The volume is too low. It needs to be at 89dB please can you edit and re upload using the same file name thanks

Thanks for the link. Per the video guidance, I normalized the recording, then compressed it and amplified it. Then ran it through Checker which says the volume is currently 91Db. Hope this is alright :)
