Thank you!

I was actually planning to just use the long version for all my recordings. As a listener, it never really mattered to me which the reader used, and if I try switching back & forth, I'm guaranteed to mix it up quite a bit. (:

As to the stumble, I'll go re-listen to it; thanks.
'Fraid I'm not much of a perfectionist when it comes to editing! I personally don't care if someone I'm listening to stumbles around quite a bit, as long as they're reading with some expression, so, (even though I do try to hold myself to a higher standard than that, knowing that it can really annoy some listeners) I do tend to skip minor stumbles unless they detract from the flow of the story.

Would you recommend that I smooth it out?

Not really; as a soloist you are your own boss :D plus it can be argued that small stumbles like that make the listening experience more real, like someone is reading to you in real time.
As a proof listener I may point out small imperfections like that, but it's up to the reader to decide what to fix.

I'll mark your chapter 1 PL OK

I can DPL this project. I’ll be traveling from 5/13-5/20, but otherwise you will have my full attention.

I have listened to all your recorded chapters and read your prior editing/PL conversations, so I will support you as you hold a high standard. That means, there a few tiny stumbles overlooked and a few called out. Overall, background noise seems to be the biggest distraction. I will make note of it where it is as loud as your narration. To catch up, I'll address each chapter separately.

Chapter 2 notes:
10:00 Stumble (only mentioned because of next note so close)
10:02 background noise

13:01-13:05 background noise
13:08-13:13 background noise
