I didn't West Midlands was Middle Earth 
I rejoice in the fact that, through an accident of birth and the times we live in, neither of which I had anything to do with, I can understand people speaking my birth tongue in most places in the world, and maybe their "accents" help me to realise that I should not assume that they see some things the way I do and maybe they may be right and I be wrong. How boring life would be if we were all the same.
