I would be tempted to join the last two sections but will defer to Tricia's opinion as the DPL.

I haven't listened yet, but my thought is that if the section break is at a logical place (like a chapter/section break in the text), it's fine to leave it as is. If it's a rather arbitrary break, then you might as well combine them.
I should have a chance to listen to these today. I'll further develop my opinion then.

After listening to it, my official opinion is...
...it's up to you.
There's no section break at chapters 30/31, so they could be combined. On the other hand, if you want to keep the sections a little shorter so they're more listenable, then this way is fine. On the OTHER other hand, you already have a 21 minute section, so a 19 minute one at the end isn't unheard of.
So yeah. My conclusion is that it's up to you!
