6:12 missing a chunk of the sentence beginning "For a stranger from the remotest part." The reading jumps from the end of the preceding sentence to "is equally treated"

1:32 text says "this confirmed my first opinion" I heard "this CONFINED my first opinion" and I felt like that changes the meaning of the sentence
