PL Notes for Section 78 Princess Douce-Cœur

the following lines are missing from the file please could you edit the file and re upload using the same file name.

Ah, Sorrow, bid them cease and drive them hence.
Send Joy and Laughter, Song and Dance away.
Call Silence here who is thy foster-child.
I am afraid of all this mocking world
And fain would live alone, alone with thee.

also for future reference. Please be aware of where you place the microphone when you record as there are a couple of occasions where there are plosives. This is when your breath hits the microphone usually on the 'p' sound. it is best to place your microphone to one side of your mouth and slightly up or down to avoid this.
Other than that it is great thanks.

Hi, I uploaded two of the files to Mary Ann by a mistake, she's moved over one(fourteen) but the other one was a fix, so it wouldn't move, so here it is:

Here is Wise Poetry from Masque, at 4 mins 50 secs. Wonder why it is called a Masque...

https://librivox.org/uploads/lezer/masqueofthetwostrangers_poetry_egerton.mp3

Am I allowed to take Riches, also in the same play?

thanks for your section. I have PM'd the BC for that play and ask them to let you know. It is not always wise to have the same person reading two parts in one play but will leave it up to Francesb to let you know what she would like thanks

That would be fine! Thanks so much! Haha I'm not sure why it's called that either! :D :P

Poetry is PL OK!! Great read, but perhaps you'll want to back just a little more from the microphone. A few of the "p"s and "c"s were a little staticy (Not sure if that is even a word :P ) Overall though, great job!

the reader for Princess Douce-Cœur section 78 has not logged on since October and there is a chunk of text missing from her reading. Please can you decide what you would like to do about it. Do you want someone else to re read the whole part or just that one section. Thanks

Riches, 1 min 6 secs: https://librivox.org/uploads/lezer/masqueofthetwostrangers_riches_egerton_128kb.mp3

Also reuploaded Poetry with some noise cleaning. Both uploads are the same file, just one has _128kb.mp3 at the end. Is it better? Hopefully not so static-y.
